Yesterday’s visit to this establishment was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm, professional welcome that immediately set the tone for what would prove to be a memorable evening.

Despite the restaurant being quite busy, we never felt rushed or overlooked. The staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism throughout, and their knowledge of the wine list was impressive - they took time to talk us through the selections with genuine expertise and enthusiasm.

The starters were outstanding, both in terms of food quality and presentation. What truly set this place apart was their willingness to accommodate special requests. When I asked to see the raw meat before cooking, I was warmly invited into the kitchen where the chef personally guided me through the selection process. This level of customer service is rare and much appreciated.

The execution was flawless - my wife’s fish arrived perfectly filleted, whilst my red meat was grilled to the exact specification I’d requested. The attention to detail in the kitchen clearly matches the front-of-house service.

Perhaps most impressively, I noticed that every time someone used the facilities, a staff member was promptly assigned to check and clean them for the next guest. The toilets themselves were immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with essentials including deodorant and talcum powder - a level of consideration I’ve rarely encountered elsewhere.

Whilst this isn’t a budget dining option, the pricing is entirely reasonable given the exceptional standards throughout. The quality of food, service, and overall experience represents excellent value.

A Delicious Experience at "BARDI, Meet the Meat"

We recently had the pleasure of dining at "BARDI" and our experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by lovely staff members and instantly drawn in by the inviting atmosphere.

The menu offered a variety of options, and we decided to try the shrimp pasta and the burger. Both dishes exceeded our expectations in terms of flavor and presentation. The shrimp pasta was perfectly cooked, with succulent shrimp and a delectable red sauce that left us wanting more. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and accompanied by mouthwatering toppings, making it a true treat for the taste buds.

After indulging in the mouthwatering shrimp pasta and savoring the delectable burger, we couldn’t resist exploring the dessert menu. We opted for the lava cake and the orange pie, and both desserts were absolute showstoppers. The lava cake, with its rich and gooey chocolate center, paired perfectly with the accompanying scoop of velvety vanilla ice cream. It was a heavenly combination that satisfied our sweet cravings. The restaurant seemed lovely on walk-in, it was furnished and styled beautifully, and the menu had plenty of good options.

Unfortunately, the restaurant seemed unprepared for a sudden influx of customers and as a result the service was rather poor, not just for us, but for our entire section. The table infront had one man finish his entire meal before the rest of his party received theirs, and the table next to us waited almost a whole hour before receiving any food at all.

We ordered a starter of which some food was missing and our mains took an awfully long time to arrive. We had to remind staff that we were indeed still waiting for half of our order.

The waitresses were lovely if a bit forgetful at times.

The food was decent but overpriced for what it was, and when all was said and done, we spoke to the man upfront about our experience and he became very defensive. He insisted that the food came out incredibly fast and that we were impatient. That because we ordered starters that it would take longer. Which it did, because we waited 20 minutes for some tsatziki and pitta bread, but the tables that had just ordered mains waited a ridiculously long time.

Overall wouldn't recommend as there are far nicer...
