Frisco Grill • Cayalá — Restaurant in Guatemala City

Food was good! Service bad, out waiter Carlos was not attentive and after waiting for almost 20 mins for our drinks we had to ask the closes person to us if they could get our drinks, our waiter Carlos must have been spoken by the manager and was bothered by us the rest of the time. He didn’t check up on us or talk at all. We were focus to give him a tip that was already add to our bill and even with that he didn’t speak to us at all. We spoke to the “manager” Julio and he offered to return our tip but for what ? We were not at this place for more the two hours. Frisco Grill Review

During my recent visit to Frisco Grill at Cayala, near Starbucks and Dragon Chinese Restaurant, we ordered the platter appetizer, which included buffalo shrimp, fried shrimp, garlic shrimp, onion rings, waffle fries, and garlic bread. It was absolutely delicious and perfect for the four of us. We also tried the El Torito hamburger with fries, and it was amazing. This was my second visit, and I continue to be impressed by the quality of the food, the attentive service, and the inviting atmosphere. The place looks OK. The atmosphere is too loud, the biggest complain I have is the poor customer service of the personnel is so bad, more specific: when the waitress came with the glass of water she spilled lot of water to the table, first she did not apologized second when she brought the cloth napkin it was filthy and I called her to give it to her , and she dis just received it without saying a word as acknowledgement.
