We went on a group of 14 people. The waiter service was poor, he was upset or something. I had to ask for an ice cream dessert from a kids meal 4 times as he kept forgetting or ignored me, not sure. In the end I had to ask for takeout as I had to wait for too long. Also I ordered lasagna and it was ice cold when it was served, since this was a celebration, I didn't say anything to not cut the good moment we were having. The place is well located in Cayalá, it has 2 levels and a roof top, I sit inside in the second floor and was very hot; the food is very delicious, we ordered a Burrata pizza and one stake which were really on point. Unfortunately service was awful, waitresses seemed to be in a hurry all the time even while singing happy birthday in other tables before finishing they were already moving away and kept clapping the way. Went for brunch at a supposedily italian restaurant. Espresso drinks were overly sweetened and coffee flavour was bland. Focaccia bread was more like flat bread that was still raw in the middle Acai bowl came with a nice piece of tinfoil in it, granted management removed the $ from our bill for this. Eggs ordered over easy came out over hard Eggs ordered over medium came out sunny side up.
