Hacienda Real • Dinamia Cayalá — Restaurant in Guatemala City

The place and atmosphere was good , it was a Sunday around noon, gets busier later, the puyazo with chorizo combo I can not said was the greatest but it was good and the chorizo (big size). The sides of guacamole and sweet potatoes were big and delicious. The “queso fundido” with shrimp was fabulous, and comes with fresh tortillas, horchata was delicious. I had no idea they had this place in this part of town. We stayed at some Airbnb very close to the restaurant (walking SAFE distance) and we wanted a late breakfast, we found early lunch instead which was fabulous!! A delicious broth to get started and we ordered some frijoles with sausage plus corn tortillas and some guacamole on the side. They call it “Choricero” Order came out extremely fast ! Un lugar muy bonito para ir a comer, me gusta mucho cómo está decorado pero deberían mejorar en algunos puntos que si recibo en otros restaurantes parecidos, uno es que la carne no llego 3/4 debido a que estaba fría del centro y estaba muy cruda lo cual me quitaron el pedazo y lo fueron a cocinar más pero en eso yo estuve comiendo lo que tenía de guarniciones, también costó que nos atiendan y pedí una bebida de frutas y no me la llevarán y pedí una coca cola para que viniera rápido, también sería bueno que indiquen si algo lo cobran como extra a la hora de pedir, también deberían de tener en la carta bebidas calientes los cuales lo tenían aparte, NO SE MIRABA NADA eso es lo que más me molesto ya que ni se miraba que estaba comiendo debido a que es muy oscuro, deberían tener una luz tenue en cada mesa como logre observar en otras mesas que no tomamos ya que éramos muchos. De todo lo demás me gusto mucho, cómo están las cabes en el menú, las parrilladas y cómo está explicado, también me gusto mucho que me ofrecieron agua y les dije que mi coca con bastante hielo y si me llevaron bastante, también la amabilidad de los meseros es de admirar y el trato...
