Welchez Cafe — Restaurant in San Pedro Sula

This is a must. I know there are a lot of small, quaint places to have breakfast in San Pedro Sula, bit Jone can rival this place in customer service and accommodating requests. I wanted just steak and eggs and they made it special for me with fajitas, which were so soft and delicious and two perfectly cooked eggs. Plus, the coffee (especially the cappuccino and americano), are just amazing. I travel to San Pedro weekly and would choose this place over others any day of the week. Pro Tip: if you like spice, try a bottle of their Salsa Picante La Brava tobtakw home.

Me recibió la persona más gentil JENSY de entrada me saludó; y sonrío ! Le dije “busco desayunar” respondió “llego al lugar correcto” De entrada me el menú y me hizo sugerencias, me mostró y explicó la variedad de Cafés en grano y molido/precios y me habló de su experiencia “ el que más llevan es este” me ofreció su Salsa picante La Brava ( a pesar de su trabajo en caja tomo su tiempo para RECIBIRME) Compré el desayuno/ 1 capuchino /2 Salsas y dos Lbs café……. En eso momento YO cambié de opinión y quise la bolsa grande de 3 1/2 libras ( me salía más barato) pero ya habíamos facturado! FUE MI CULPA/ CAMBIE DE OPINIÓN. El MANAGER de entrada le dijo “ahora tenes que venderlas” ( me busco una solución a mi como cliente…pero le dejo un problema a SU COMPAÑERA DE TRABAJO) MANANGER: mi trabajo es satisfacerlo a Ud YO: No es Justo ! ( sintiéndome incómodo ) Welchez debe de tener una solución en su sistema para poder anular una compra y NO DEJARLE EL PROBLEMA A SUS EMPLEADOS ! MANAGER: primero Ud ! ( Ósea no había forma de ayudarle a su compañera fue fácil dejarle un problema ) Yo: Jensy no le voy a dejar esa situación! Jenny: Sonrió en agradecimiento en silencio cuidando su trabajo nunca se enfrentó/ nunca renegó/ ( se le notaba preocupada; que haría si no hubiera podido vender ese café ? ) Eso es maltrato en el trabajo ! Ella misma me sirvió mi desayuno / mi café/ mi postre( también pedí un postre ) y le compré ADICIONALMENTE LAS 3.5 libras así que fueron 5.5 libras de café ( para benéfico exclusivo de WELCHEZ ) PERO SOLO PORQUE ELLA HACE BIEN SU TRABAJO ! Todo lo hizo con una alegría desbordante ! Jensy merece más que una felicitación de mi parte…MERECE SER LA MANAGER/ DARLE MÁS ENTRENAMIENTO PARA SU CRECIMIENTO/PAGARLE UN COACHING / UN AUMENTO DE SUELDO/RECONOCERLA COMO LA EMPLEADAA DEL MES Y TENER UN BONO EXTRA!
