Food here is good! Desserts are also great! Prices are fair, nevertheless service is terrible. I was served warm beer, asked for ice, never came I had to go fetch it myself. Came with my family for Mother’s Day, usually on this occasion we go somewhere else but decided to try this year, no holiday decorations, no flowers for the mommas, there was no music on the outside, it’s pretty but there were also plenty of mosquitos. Our waitress had a bit of an attitude, she would pass us by and not look towards the table, had to get up 5-6 times to get her attention, or go get drinks myself.

I've heard good things about the place, unfortunately we had a really bad experience. We had to wait a little bit, and when we were seated we were given the worst possible table at the back of the restaurant (But that's understandable, since we didn't have a reservation) Nobody seem to care to take our order. When we finally managed to order, we were told that steak and shrimps weren't available (and again, that's fine, it's understandable) but then we were prompted in a very rude way, that we had to "make our minds" because they were 1.5 hours due to close. Why not tell us in the first place, that they were out of food, and make us wait to get a table. We had to leave. Definitely not the...

Asistí a un cumpleaños de aproximadamente 25 personas como invitados, en primera instancia, se les preguntó sobre algún postre para la cumpleañera a lo cual dijeron que no pero que podían brindar un cheesecake si se les “regalaba” 2 reseñas, de igual manera a la cumpleañera le habían obsequiado un pastel y ellos se “ofrecieron a ayudar” a partirlo por 10 reseñas, se me hace indignante que un restaurante le pida reseñas a sus clientes a cambio de algo.

De igual manera la comida es bastante básica e insípida, no tiene nada de especial y no se ve reflejado precio a calidad, opinión general en un grupo de 25 personas dice mucho.

Desde un comienzo el personal fue consciente que en la mesa estaba el pastel que se le había obsequiado a la chica, en ningún momento se nos hizo saber que no se podía consumir ya que como lo mencioné anteriormente ellos mismo se habían ofrecido a partirlo a cambio de las 10 reseñas lo cual no aceptamos, la chica decidió partirlo ella misma, a la hora de pagar se nos estaba haciendo un cobro de Lps- 350 por haber cortado dicho pastel, me imagino por la indignación de no haberles aceptado su “oferta”.

Y tengan en cuenta que si van en un grupo grande no podrán pagar cada uno su cuenta ya que no lo permiten.

Lastima que un lugar tan bonito se desperdicie por tan mala...
