Despite the unprepossessing curb appeal, the hotel's interior space is gracious and inviting. Amiable and professional staff. The hearty breakfast included with the room rate was superb. Good wifi. The sleeping room's soaring beadboard ceilings and a ceiling fan made a somewhat small room feel spacious. Being able to open the room's window to pull in a breeze was refreshing. Loved the large shelves at an accessible height in the open closet, making unpacking and storing one's gear easy. I liked the hotel's thoughtful decision to supply a peach-colored towel for the bathmat instead of the standard white. There's a full-length mirror. No usb ports. I'm not a fan of the plastic coverings on the lampshades, as they detract from the lamps' attractive designs. No purified water source accessible to guests other than the receipt of a small bottle of water per day or the purchase of same if additional needed, and no independent access to hot water for in-room coffee or...
