I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bogazici on two separate occasions, and I must say, it left an indelible impression on me. During my first visit for breakfast, I was greeted warmly by Berke, whose attentive service enhanced the delightful culinary experience. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but also prepared with utmost freshness, a testament to the authenticity of Turkish cuisine offered at Bogazici My second visit, this time for dinner, was equally memorable. Sena's impeccable service added to the overall charm of the evening. The dinner menu surpassed my expectations, offering a tantalizing array of Turkish delicacies, each dish bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. Not impressed at all. On an average Saturday evening we went in to have a dinner. After ordering drinks, we waited more than 20 mins to finally take our orders. After ordering, 5 mins later we were told that there is no kofte, so ordered gyros plate. Another few mins later I was again told that they do not have gyros either. What??? So I was rushed to order something else that I was not even really wanted to eat. The waiting staff were not on the top of the things, they were passing our table around and every time somebody else was serving us. Chaotic. I was rushed to pay right after finished the food as the experience was disappointing. Behind the counter, people were all over the place and you could clearly tell that something is wrong. All in all, it may be a good restaurant at some times, but we had a disappointing experience from food and service perspective as well, and I may not return again. Only good thing was...

The food was absolutely delicious, well flavoured and refreshing, and most importantly, a lot of it! Well plated, looking very appetising (first you eat with your eyes haha😆). We really wish we could have had more since our starters were so delicious, but definitely will be back for more!

The service was also top notch! Livi, our waitress had a good knowledge of the items on the menu, very attentive (has come to us the perfect amount of times asking if we have everything we need), kind, friendly, and polite, everything a waitress should be! The owner of the restaurant is just as nice, spending time within her business, making sure everything is okay, probably the reason why these guys are doing so well!
