Pizza Forte - Duna Plaza — Restaurant in Budapest

This place became abysmal in the past few months. They are always 20-40 minutes late on promised delivery times. The deliverer will pass my house, and deliver at least 3 other orders to furthest locations before delivering my order (even though I always choose the biggest tipping option available while ordering). Ordering in person isn't any better, the person attending doesn't speak either hungarian, english or german. She has to call for help from her coworker/boss, who's usually 5-10 minutes away doing...

4 nappal ezelőtt rendeltem utoljára Tőlük!!! Az egy dolog,hogy folyamatosan tolódott a futár érkezési idő ...kb 1h15p alatt meg is érkezett a jéghideg száraz 1pizza (2lett rendelve kifizetve) A futár hölgynek jelzem,hogy 2db lett rendelve fizetve ,erre ő azt ő nem látja h mennyit rendeltem ...hmmm,lemegy a kocsihoz megnézi... Utána telefonál hívjam az ügyfélszolgálatot reklamálni mert nincs nála nincs a másik ! Hívom ügyfélszolgálatot azt mondja a hölgy ,hogy 3/4 9-9 körül tudja küldeni másikat!( ez 1/4 9 körül volt ) Mondtam akkor hagyjuk nem kérem a pizzát kérem utalják vissza az árát! Ez 4!!!! napja nem sikerült 😡😡😡 Nem értem mi a franc tart ennyi ideig... Minőség egy nagy nulla szégyen ilyen ételt kiadni a fogyasztónak!! NEM...

It's OK but could be better. A little pricey also. They need to make sure their pizzas are properly cooked, I have had doughy pizza sometimes and sometimes burned. Shame, they have potential but need to put the work in as this is...
