Duna Plaza — Local services in Budapest

It the department shopping mall byilt in Budapest.it has all of the basic banking postal services. Personally I like it mainly because it is not too complicated to walk around the shops, restaurants and banking services. The minuses are: 1- the restrooms are only in one side of the building and the signs are a bit confusing for the newcomers and especially for non Hungarian speakers. 2- although the restrooms have been renovated still soapliquid cases are brolen , hand dryers are out of prder. On;y two dryers for the male restrom- this is a mad... 3-Another issue is that although there 4 or 5 different banks their ARM should have been in the ground floor and not im the 2 nd floor where the Bank offices are. 4- the post office should have been able to process Tcom payments. It is frustrating to have a large regional Tcom client servicing office who can not process bill payments and the for this need to go to westend city center instead of the mext door postal service office. 5- it is understandable that the owners of the Mall trying to cut expenses bit simce the cleaning management is mostly outsourced to cleaning companies- not directly employed as used to be- using temporal and underpaid workers , of course as is the habitual by most of suchlike enterprises, workforce is minimal, demoralized and overloaded.i am visiting the mall frequently since was built. The maintenance, cleaning services and security personnel the last 10 years become less amd less during active hours and almost none smiles and looking happy, funny and helpful hand as used to be. 6- the mall should pay more attention in cleaning up more frequently, not only before xmas , the wonderful glass amd granite exterior. ° Fényes, pompás beltéri külső, rengeteg boltocska, banki és szolgáltatói ügyfélszolgálatok egy helyen. Minősíthetetlenül ócska Cinema City mozi, meglehetősen piszkos éttermi terület több féle büfével. A lift tiszta (késő esti programnál), a mosdó - legalábbis a moziban - gusztustalan.

• Botrányos parkolási mizéria.

Megtévesztő kiírás a behajtásnál, miszerint az első két óra ingyenes. Leparkolva, a lifthez bolyongva szép új tábla értesít, hogy ezt eltörölték, és nincs ingyenes időszak. Már bent.

A mozi jegypénztárában lecsipogják a parkolójegyet, s így 3 óra mégis ingyenes. Éppen csak ennyi idő alatt a Marevickról foglalással nem jutottunk ki: a lefoglalt jegyeket eladják, ha a film kezdése előtt 30 perccel még a kasszában vannak (márpedig a parkolóból is fel kell jutni a legfelső szintre), a film pedig 130 perc, plusz pisike és a labirintusból kikecmergés.

Mindennek tetejébe a jegyautomaták nem működnek, vagyis mindenképp fizetőssé lesz a mozihoz járó parkolás. Sehol egy szolgálatos, aki megmondaná, hol a fészkes napsütésben lehet a jegyet érvényesíteni, hogy az éjszaka közepén kijussunk ebből a pompázatos tömbből.

• Tömegközlekedéssel a Metró két végről is elérhető, és buszok is több felől járnak. A folyosókon este 9 után teljes tisztaság fogadott, és a Meki még nyitva is volt.

• Befelé sajnos nem vettük észre, pedig hideg üdítők automatája várta a vevőket a lépcsőházban (fél literesek 300 forintért, teljesen feltöltve, nagy választék, jó hideg). A moziba ugyan nem vihető "idegen" étel-ital, de a táskába nem túrhatnak, ami pedig meg is tartja a hideget valameddig. Szóval kár, hogy ezt...
