Kávébajusz - Specialty kávézó és kávébolt — Restaurant in Győri járás

I thought for a long time whether to write a negative review or not, but I think many people hesitate to write and then the service will never improve.

The cafe is in a very beautiful location and the inside of the cafe is also very nicely done. But The service leaves a lot to be desired, after visiting the place left a very unpleasant residue for the whole evening. I came to the cafe at 17.30 and from the very beginning I felt that I was not welcome and the waitress was talking to her friend, but I was able to order coffee and dessert and everything would have been fine, but I decided to order a second coffee for a colleague and it was exactly at 17.37 (looked at the time of payment in the application bank) so here I was confronted with negativity from the waiter that they soon close and very angry threw the terminal for payment, showing all her face that she hates me, although there was still 23 minutes before closing, just cleaning lady came to our table and about 17.42-45 started to clean up and also said that they close and we should leave. Especially with coffee prices like that, you'd normally expect at least a kind attitude. The coffee didn't taste good either. I don't think I'll ever come here again. We come to the cafe to get good emotions and for that we pay money, but then it turns out that the whole evening you are sad.

Maybe it would be a good solution to extend working hours for employees to at least 18:30 so that people could finish their coffee before 18 without the constant pressure...

A győri belvárosban, de mégis nyugodt helyen, nagyon szépen felújított épületben találtuk meg ezt a gyöngyszemet. Belül annyira hangulatos a "kint is vagyok, bent is vagyok" résszel (lásd a fotókat), hogy csak később fedezi fel az ember a falakon a történelem nyomait. Egyszerűen tökéletes. No, persze a hely lényege, maga a fekete leves. Amikor azt olvastam, hogy ide beülve az ember először inkább kóstolja meg a kávét, mielőtt agyon cukrozná, nem hittem el (általában kettővel iszom). Aztán kortyoltam egyet, s megértettem, hogy ezt csak elrontani lehet. Harmonikus, lágy íz, de mégis karakteres aroma kényeztette ízlelőbimbóimat. A sütemények közül egy csokis szeletet választottam, az sem okozott csalódást. Első ízben jártam itt, de biztos vagyok benne, hogy nem utoljára. Egyedül az volt meglepő, hogy helyet foglaltunk egy asztalnál, s vártunk. Aztán jó pár perc után érdeklődtem a pultnál, s így tudtam meg, hogy csak ott van kiszolgálás. Önmagában ez nem probléma (lehet, hogy figyelmetlen voltam, s valahol ki van írva), de ha odajöttek volna hozzánk, s megkérdezik, hogy első alkalommal vagyunk-e itt, majd kedvesen tájékoztatnak, akkor tuti még hat csillagot is adtam volna 😁 Ettől függetlenül a hangulata, a kávé minősége, a rendezettsége, és tisztasága (a mellékhelyiségé is!) miatt csakis ajánlani tudom. Sok ilyen jó hely teszi Győrt egy kicsi, de nagyon élvezhető...

Cafe with specialty coffee and delicious, creamy cakes (tried pistacio and matcha ones). Very well done: cappuccino, flat white, macchiato. Perfect location, I loved the brick part of the cafe. I very appreciate that they have water with lemon (free of charge). The only recommendations for improvement are to replenish soap in the bathrooms more often and have the door there lockable. I will definitely be happy to come back during my next...
