I left pissed. I got charged for service 10% mandatory, even though it was simply not given. Came in good mood, nice place, waiter came asked what we want to eat, we ordered, waiter gave us food and drinks and then he just ignored us for the rest of our stay - no problem with that BUT its no tip from me then. I usually gladly appreciate nice service giving a tip out of respect for the profession. As nobody cared to ask if the food was good, if I want to drink anything else as my empty glasses were left empty for a while, or asked if food was good and if I want to pay and how - I came to bar to pay decided not to give any tip. 10% service fee was clicked on screen so fast I almost missed that. I asked and was told this is how it works here and it is written somewhere. Felt like my money got stolen right there. Got pissed and left to write this. Food was okay however we waited 50 minutes for our order. We had to call the waiter to refill our drinks as we were ignored . We were also charged 10% tip automatically without asking us anything and we were 4 people that paid separately and each time 10% was applied. Also we were also almost charged for an extra beer out of nowhere. I would not recommend as going down the city to the lake we found cheaper places with similar food. Also almost forgot to mention a customer came with a dog and one of the waitress took it in her arms and was playing with the dog and getting licked on the face, don't thing it's very hygenic when...

The chicken in batter with sauce was good, but the sweet potato fries were cold on the plate when they arrived, and the portion of goulash my wife ordered barely qualified as a starter. The attitude of the staff suggested there was no manager present last Thursday evening as the staff's attitude seemed just a little too relaxed. In any case, it's not really smart to give your restaurant a British name and push its British credentials, presumably to snag passing Brits like me, and then have no staff who can actually speak English.
