The place reflects the price range it is positioned in. It is cheap.
If you need a place to sleep for a night and don't plan to spend any more time there it might be a perfect, but if you plan to have a relaxing stay at the apartment, then you better pick another one.
We were there, while doing the triathlon weekend. Our room had a small refrigerator, a small flat panel TV, and furnishing from the 80's, but we were mostly running or cycling around in Keszthely, or were at the Fest, and fell asleep almost as soon as we entered the room, so it really didn't bother us.
P.s.: There is a pool belonging to the Apartment, but don't expect to use it, since, while there is good weather, you will be at or in the lake, and since the house rule states, that you can't use the pool after 9 pm, you can forget about chilling and drinking there at...

The location is good, by the way - easy walking distance to the lake shore with markets, etc, and also the town with some shops.
