The service was very slow, the staff was beyond rude and unprofessional. The food was ok but the liver dumplings were inedible. The bread we ordered never even arrived. The beer was undrinkable as if it was stale for years. When asked for a pálinka, the waiter did not even come to the table but made us shout our order across the other tables. There was a smell of raw meat in the air all the time and the whole place felt dirty.

When we went inside to pay, we were ignored for minutes then a waiter came to give us the bill not even showing the items we are paying for. When we asked for the detailed receipt he was annoyed and answered impolitely. He was very rushing and impatient and rude. One of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Do not recommend this place. We arrived with our baby on an end-of-season weekday to have lunch. The place was virtually empty, one table was occupied with a group smoking tobacco. Our waiter insisted we would take the next smallish table by the smoker group. We declined and explained that we need a table further away from the tobacco smoke because of our baby's health. The waiter insisted we should not take any of the 20 or so empty tables but the one next to the smoking guests. We just walked out. It was a surreal, time travel kind of experience. A katasztrófális kategória, ehhez képest michelin csillag. Sajnos nagyon rossz szájízzel távoztunk,melyet nem csak az íztelen ételek okoztak, hanem a silány és minősíthetetlen, hozzá nem értő, bagatel kiszolgálás is. A pincér valószínű nem kapott megfelelő képzést, arról, hogy egy vendéglátó egységben, mi a megkövetelt protokoll. Erre csak hirtelen egy példa a sok bakiból: Amikor azt mondjuk köszönöm, nem azt válaszoljuk, hogy nincs mit, hanem szimplán azt mondjuk egészségédre. A paradicsomleves pocsék volt, azt semmiképp ne egyenek. Főételként fűszervajas csirkemellet ettem, kapros galuskával, az még éppen átcsúszott a türhető kategórián. Már a sumérok is szívószálal itták a sört, kérésemre azt a választ kaptam, hogy az csak a gyermekeknek jár, abból is kevés van. Azt gondolom ez alaptartozék, egy konyhán. Szerencsére az evőeszközt ők adták, és nem kellett átszaladni a sarki műanyagoshoz villáért. Viszont nejlon táskát mindenképp tegyenek a zsebükbe, mert az sem jár a csomagolás mellé, ha esetleg úgy döntenének az ételből adnak kóstolót házikedvencüknek is. Apropó csomagolás, önmagadnak kell elvégezni, műanyag hungarocel dobozban, kaparod, ahogy tudod. A borravaló mondanom sem kell, ezek után természetesen elmaradt. Összesítve, Én még ilyen hitvány helyet nem láttam, bízzanak a tulajdonosok, hogy Gordon Ramsay nem látogat ide sosem..mert vszinű felégetné a kocerájt.
