Worst experience ever... We went there to dine in for lunch , we were so hungry too it was almost half past 2 in the afternoon.. we checked online and found this hotel nearby us while travelling , hence planned to have our lunch there before continuing our journey to next place , we got the table , and decided what to have and we were waiting for someone to come and take order ,none came for first ten mins , then we informed a person he said five mins , then we kept waiting , then we asked the one sitting in the front desk , he smiled and said some excuse and went inside , then again another ten mins passed and none came to take order.. we almost lost our patience... Then again we thought let's wait till another five mins and decide ... We finally decided to walk out ... My concern is I can wait for an hr if they give us some reasonable excuse , or atleast attend us and tell us the fact that it might take sometime , that's the best way to make the customer happy , instead it's like insulting by not at all going near the table because of some reason , could be like they are cooking food again since it almost 3pm, and its time to wind up lunch... Whatever it may be ...pls don do this to another customer .... Because your main business is to serve people with food which is an extremely great business because you keep their tummy happy.... Hopefully this will be noted and make sure this doesn't happen to any customer in future .... This isn't a complaint but suggestion ... Pls take it with positive node .. we missed to taste your hotel's delicious food...

So this restaurant was in the same premise and the hotelier told it’s their restaurant. It was 8pm already and super tired so we decided to have dinner with the same restaurant. We ordered many dishes in which 6 Chapathi & 4 Kuboos were sour and spoilt. We informed the same to the waiter & he took 3 chapathis and left the rest on the table. But we were billed for all the items. 6 Chapathi was priced at 120/- & 4 kuboos was priced at 60/- Total bill was 1745/- ( They waived off the price of 3 chapathi after 5 minutes of explanation & told we can take the food that's untouched. 3 chapathi was already served on plate, only then we realised it's spoilt. He questioned us why did we take the chapathi if we know that it's sour. How brilliant? For god's sake, the quality of food can be explained only after tasting it. We missed to take the picture of the bill in the chaos) They we’re least bothered about the kids health and keep on arguing that the sour taste is because of the curd that they added to the wheat flour (as if we haven’t had Chapathi in our lifetime) The whole vacation mood was spoilt right there. We told them that we’ll complain and left the place. I managed to take the picture of the entrance. Let me know where I can report the same. Please avoid these hotel if you happen to travel to...

It's rancid , 100℅ bland and absolutely disgusting !!!! On top of this, they will just rip you off with the astronomical prices for the kind of dog s* they serve!
I wonder if there is any sort of food quality inspection at TN atleast annually, because places like these needs to be shut down immediately, this restaurant i m sure doesn't have any standards whatsoever nor do they care about the food they serve or the customers..
