I ordered egg fried rice from pinch of spice through zomato Upon ordering their egg fried rice, I discovered small pieces of chicken mixed within it. As someone who doesn't consume chicken due to personal beliefs, this was not just a mistake but a really big error that could have been avoided with basic attention to detail.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, their response was nothing and indifferent. They claimed it was unintentional, as if that should absolve them of the distress it caused me. To add insult they did not offer any form of compensation or even a sincere apology.

The attitude of the staff throughout the ordeal was unprofessional and dismissive. It felt as though my concerns were brushed aside, and there was no effort made to make amends for the blunder they committed. In conclusion DO NOT ORDER FROM PINCH OF SPICE as they do not know the basic difference between egg and chicken and can hurt religious sentiments as well as they don’t care about customer satisfaction and have a pathetic way of dealing with customer complaints.
