I ordered egg fried rice from pinch of spice through zomato Upon ordering their egg fried rice, I discovered small pieces of chicken mixed within it. As someone who doesn't consume chicken due to personal beliefs, this was not just a mistake but a really big error that could have been avoided with basic attention to detail.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, their response was nothing and indifferent. They claimed it was unintentional, as if that should absolve them of the distress it caused me. To add insult they did not offer any form of compensation or even a sincere apology.
The attitude of the staff throughout the ordeal was unprofessional and dismissive. It felt as though my concerns were brushed aside, and there was no effort made to make amends for the blunder they committed. In conclusion DO NOT ORDER FROM PINCH OF SPICE as they do not know the basic difference between egg and chicken and can hurt religious sentiments as well as they don’t care about customer satisfaction and have a pathetic way of dealing with...
Read morePinch of Spice in Sanjay Place, Agra, is a good choice for tasty food and a nice dining experience. The restaurant looks clean and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere perfect for family meals or outings with friends.
The menu focuses on North Indian dishes, and the Paneer Methi Malai and Dal Makhani are delicious. They have soft naan and flavorful biryani to go with the curries. The starters, like the Cheesey Mushroom , are also very good. If you want something different, they offer Chinese and Continental food, but these are not as impressive as the Indian dishes.
The staff is friendly and quick, always ready to help. The place is well-maintained and hygienic, making it enjoyable for everyone.
The portions are big, so it’s great for sharing. However, the prices are a little high, which might not suit everyone. But for the quality of food and service, it’s worth it.
One area to improve is the desserts. Adding more options would make the meal complete. Overall, Pinch of Spice is a great place to enjoy good food in Agra, especially if you love Indian...
Read moreI have been an old customer of of this restaurant. Now being working in Africa I thought of having lunch there when I was visiting India. I stay in Vijay Nagar very near the restaurant and I thought I will go by two wheeler because of the school congestion at paliwal park. When I reached the restaurant the guard misbehaved badly with me when I parked my scooter on a vacent space. I got offered and had a tussel with the staff as well. Had I come in my expenses car my feetcwoufe have been touched but due to traffic I came on a two wheeler I was treated like a poor man - such is their discretion. Food may be good but as humans they don't deserve to be even serving food to the affordable hungry people of Agra. I am rich and a social activists and strongly recommend all ''HUMANS' to bycott this restaurant. Professor Amit Abraham Deputy Vice Chancellor Mount Zion International University Kigali,...
