IRCTC Food Plaza Agra — Restaurant in Agra

Being a Hoteiler or a passanger i have never visited or seen worst the place like this outlet the repo of IRCTC Is on stake… I have visited today morning the guy first told me that we have all the available items which are on display so i ordered idli than he said sorry we don’t have, ok than i have changed my order to 4 dosa and i have also made the payment through online which is still under process that kind conectovity is there Than we waited for almost 15 minute we didn’t received our order and when i asked it will take how musch so the cashier said gas is out of stock and his excuse is sir poori khalo…(mtlb kab ki tali h wo bhagwan jaane) kyunki gas toh hai nhi… In-between out train announcement happened

There fore i have loose my money which is still under process, Time of breakfast…and after this thing the cashier and staff behaviour is very bad no sorry nothing… I think IRCTC Should take the strict action otherwise people will loose the trust on...

It was one of the worst and horrifying experience till I have ever came across. First l have purchased kachori from here and its taste and quality was way lower than it should be After this I complained them about quality of kachori but they ignored and acted like heard nothing. Then when I was enquiring about rate of 'petha' and it's taste ....I already told them about half kg and asked them if they can provide a little bit for taste , they agreed and opened large box and gave us one out of it. After completing , they told us you have to take whole box of 1 kg because we opened it. But we were denying and in between they forcefully 100 rupee from my hand and told me bring 80 rupee more and you have to take whole packet. Now I was not interested and told them to return my money. But they were not ready to give it back . Finally after 15 -20 minutes of arguing they gave me only 70 in return and my train was about to leave so I boarded without...

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was served completely cold — no idea when it was actually cooked. They messed up my bill and instead of offering a proper apology, they asked me to pay extra. The quality of the food was terrible — just a random mix of ingredients with no care or flavor. Even basic street chow mein tastes far better than the so-called Hakka noodles here. The idli had a foul smell and actually made me vomit 🤮 (and just to note — I’m someone who never complains about food. I truly respect the effort that goes into cooking, and I’ve happily eaten burnt food if it’s made with sincerity). On top of it all, the staff were extremely rude and arrogant — acting like they were doing me a favor. Save your money and avoid this place...I still ate the noodles somehow , i dont like wasting.
