A Disappointing Dining Experience
Rating: ★★☆☆☆
I recently visited here and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the ambiance and overall atmosphere were pleasant, the service and attention to customer satisfaction fell short.
I started my meal with high hopes, ordering a boneless chicken dish. To my surprise and disappointment, the dish arrived with bones. It was a clear miscommunication, and while such errors can happen, it did affect my dining experience.
Another aspect that caught my attention was the pricing of a simple water bottle. I was charged more than double the market price for a water bottle, and to add insult to injury, a 5% tax was levied on top of that. When I brought this to the attention of the management, I was informed that the tax was applicable only to food items. This left me perplexed, as the water bottle was not a food item, and the additional charge seemed unjustified.
I took the liberty of presenting the bill to the management and walked them through the math, illustrating the overcharge and the unnecessary tax. It was disheartening to hear the response that "a 20-rupee bottle can be found on the street." This not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also a disregard for customer satisfaction.

Read moreThe best restaurant in Agra ever! The chicken tikka was a little unusual in shape, but it was more delicious than the regular one. The pasteurization was also perfect. It was also the best biryani I've ever had. Also, the mouth freshener at the end was a modern one with coconut, pink pepper, etc. I don't usually eat it, but it was so delicious that I had to get another. I always hesitated about having lunch at Agra, but next time I will try to come here every time. The service provided by the managers, Sarvendra and Yogesh, was very good, and the owner, Yash, also visited the halls and I was impressed by his hospitality. It's worth...
