I was very curious to visit this place. I fail to understand why the menu is so limited. Problem is not that the menu is limited, but the way it is served. Some people might be allergic to some ingredients or some people might not like how a particular dish is made( in my case it was a glass of cold coffee and some paneer dish) I was told that's how dish is served we won't alter it(not with humility) with full authority. Taste was really okay. Mixing various paneer dishes and calling it cafe's speciality is something really really not creative. Now lets talk about the place, I will agree that at the 1st instance the moment you enter the place gives you a good vibe but once you settle down you realise that the staff live in their own world, no water offered( nor asked). The place is well lit but poorly managed. Efforts on decor but it seems after that it was never cleaned. Despite being spacious it still feels stuffy all the time. The fresh vibe really vanished in 20 mins.
HIGHLIGHT: I SAT ON TABLE, AND I HAD TO ASK TO SWITCH ON THE FAN HANGING OVER MY HEAD( STAFF WAS LOOKING AT ME ABSENT MINDEDLY) . USUALLY, WHEN YOU VISIT A CAFE AND YOU DON'T TRY CHANGING TABLES THE STAFF WOULD ATLEAST HELP YOU CARRY THE FOOD ON ANOTHER TABLE BUT NOT HERE. THEY WILL LOOK AT YOU BUT THEY DON'T CARE.
What they lack is the understanding that they are in serving business. Ofcourse, nobody is expecting world class service but yes, atleast, basic attention to the crowd present their would help their...
Read moreMy family and I went in the restaurant as we wanted to celebrate mother's day we knew there won't be any table left as high demand but we were too hungry to decide as we went in they said there are no tables left we asked us there table left in upper floor he said no and asked us to wait for table instead of waiting we decided to check as we saw there were two tables empty and the ambience was really hot but we still went in and waited for the waiter to be free but it took 30mins! And when we told the order he went we were really hungry but they gave us order after 40mins! And the chicken lollipop was second time fried not frest the paneer chilli was tasteless the mocktail was made with mapro mojito syrup very sweet it costed us 146rupes! And the triple friedrice was tasteless even we asked the waiter to taste it! He said he will taste it in the lower floor we almost waited for 15mins when he came up it was good but it was like he had put some spices and bought it
Overall it was very bad they were pretty shortstafed and showed us that they're not even intrested in serving us and lied to us
I never recommend you to go there not even on functions or...
Read moreHad an Horrible experience on the rooftop seating of the property Order Chicken Drums of heavens and cheesy nachos
While the cheesy nacho’s where so-so The drums of heaven where a total chaos dish First of all the size of chicken lollipop where really small we pointed that out to our server he said he’ll get it replaced but after waiting for more than 10 minutes he came with the same plate and the most lame excuse in the world He said the size of chicken is small today.
As a food blogger I never go for paid or barter collaboration I always prefer the hands on experience as a paying customer first, and I must say I had an horrible one today and it is not even the annoying part of the experience the most annoying thing came next when the serving guy came and silently put a bowl with 1 piece of chicken lollipop in it. Off course we didn’t touched it. I think it’s high time for their management to understand complaining customer is not a beggar looking for their compassion, when a customer is paying amount for a service he should get one.
