I recently had the pleasure of staying at Olive Hotel & Suites, and I cannot praise it enough for the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the ever-smiling Prislya, whose warm welcome set the tone for my entire stay.

I must say, this hotel has the best view among hotels located inside Port Blair City. The majestic view of the bay, mountain and the port will just grow on you. And if you are lucky you can also witness dramatic weather changing patterns from the comfort of your room.

I stayed here for 2 nights on my last business trip to Andaman and I just loved the wholesome experience in this hotel.

The rooms were really comfy and spacious. Strangely they have managed to accommodate a separate smoking room in most of the rooms which can also serve as a closed balcony if you like to open up to the sea breeze. The bed was so comfortable and the linen was clean. The bathroom was adequately big and equipped with good amenities. The interior design of the room is top notch and successfully transforms you into another world.

Staffs are well trained and their professional attitude will make you feel welcomed. Personally I liked the effort of housekeeping for maintaining every place of the hotel spotless.

The breakfast spread is really good and the panoramic view from the restaurant is more beautiful. Waking up to the smell of coffee & sea breeze is a unique experience. The restaurant is very spacious and the decor is upscale.

Location of the hotel is another plus point. It is quite near to some of the major jettys. Also you can easily find shopping centres with a KMs range.

They do accept all kinds of digital payments. There is adequate parking space available for rental scooters in front of the hotel.

I stayed here for a night on the 21 Oct in 205 room. The rooms are well lit and spacious. AC is good too. View from the room is not as shown in pictures. The beach is quite far and the building next place is mostly the view. Staff is rude and disrespectful. I ordered food at 8 PM which I got delivered after 8:30 and had to return back to them at 8:45 since chicken was uncooked and rotis were soggy. They took 30 mins and gave half cooked food. . They came back at 10:45 PM with the bill for signature, were they sleeping from 8:45 to 10:45 ? Atleast be cognizant of time and stop after rinding bell once or twice. The staff kept ringing the bell until we opened and all this was at 10:45 PM in the night. The complimentary breakfast only had very few items and mostly cold and stale. Went in at 8am and tea was already cold. The whole roof top Restaurant place was filthy with tissues and food and everything else just dropped and food crumbs all over the ground, chairs and tables. Had to clean ourselves before taking a table. Charged 1000 extra for my 7 yrs old Kid who shared our matress and they provided nothing extra in the name of policy. Definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay. And definitely not for people looking to have food as well...
