Worst ever experience one could ever have. If you are interested in cold food, please do visit this place. The water they serve is warmer than the food. You cannot complain, cause if you do there is a very rude and arrogant person who sits at the counter who shall blame global warming for your food being cold. I did not understand how this place is still running, I mean the people of vizag are better off without it. This is a sham run by arrogant people and must be shut down for the sake of saving people from their torturous food.

Oh I forgot to mention this, my 60 year old mother was threatened by the man at the counter cause she broke a small branch of a plant. And I kept wondering, this man who serves people cold food is lecturing my mother, a retired proffesor on ethics. What an irony!!!!

The Mr. Rude and Liar has replied back. I challenge the temple going woman beater who has no respect for the elderly to post the cctv footage from 10.10 pm to 10.30 pm here. This liar is desperately trying to save his own skin. A man who cannot respect women, I pity his family. I dare you to post the video which shows me stealing or drunk or all the other lies you have said here. Atleast accept that you did wrong you gutless woman beater.

Request people of vizag to see this and learn that he will sell you cold food. He will abuse your elderly and women at his so called restaurant. And if you raise your voice he will accuse you by lying that you stole and you are a drunk. BEWARE. RESTAURANT...

Such a bad experience at this place. Felt like I was having food at the pity of the waiter who served us. The food is not even warm, some of the dishes were stale and the cudnt differentiate the papad from rotis. Overall its a horrible experience and I would never again visit this restaurant

Edit: You needn't call my review fake or exaggerated, please check with the staff that served us on 07-01-22 at around 3:00 PM, about the undercooked rotis and stale papads served to us. I would've shared my bill, but unfortunately I lost it. I ordered for a veg thali and a non veg thali. We were two people and were served with a single bowl (Please note that is for both of us) of each curry or dish. Ideally, the thali comes in separate dishes for separate orders like the ones shown in your 'fake' thali images posted by other fortunate customers. Also, please note that I entered the restaurant checking with the staff beforehand if they are open to take orders since it was already late in the afternoon, and they gladly welcomed us. Can't deny that the chicken was good, curries were decent, but definitely not warm and the papads were definitely cooked hours before and the rotis were...

This is my 4th time telling andi packing is so good but the pulka inside are mostly crushed or half broken or folded and not even a single pack is hot not even a single pulka is hot this is not a 6pm batch of pulka for sure andi it's so so so cold not even warm. Your mother doesn't understand this not responds well whn i call back to notify this. This is not done andi. Not even warm.

A lady said it will be ready by 7 and called me around 6:15 saying it's ready. Which means it's not a fresh 6 pm batch andi. Some Pulka are wet and almost stuck in the covers the upper layers of the pulka are off.

This is not done at all infact this is my 4th time complaint on the same issue Now this pulka is of no use to me Andi. It's a waste for me. What would I do with a cold broken upper layers off and off size and crushed m folded stuff.
