I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Hostel99 in Pune. Firstly, the management, particularly the old guy on duty, has an obsession with enforcing curfews and demanding silence, as if we were attending a monastery rather than a hostel. It's utterly ridiculous to be reprimanded like children when we're paying guests.

Furthermore, the incompetence of the staff reached new lows when my friend and I ordered food. Instead of receiving our correct order, they managed to bungle it up, mixing it with someone else's and then conveniently forgetting about us altogether. The level of negligence is simply unacceptable.

But the absolute worst aspect of this place is the cleaning staff, particularly one individual who seems to think he's entitled to invade guests' privacy whenever he pleases. He barges into rooms unannounced, handling personal belongings without consent, and even has the audacity to try to enter the bathroom while it's occupied. And don't even get me started on the appalling invasion of privacy; I found him rifling through my personal items, including my underwear, all under the guise of "cleaning." One of the Best hostels in vizag "Hostel99" I have been there for an year I never had a negative feeling about this hostel..This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, Non ac rooms are also available ,large lockers, free wireless internet in the lounge and for rooms, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings)in mess( dining Area)

Breakfast, lunch and dinner items are unlimited and best in quality,The hostel is closed off everyday between 10am and 12.30 pm for cleaning but the owners are very flexible on that rule, just inform them first if you need to get some stuff done.

It's location is in the heart of Florence and it's an easy walk to get anywhere.

At nights also no fear bcoz full security for hostel with CC watch man also available.

I stayed in a 4 bed mixed room and had no complaints whatsoever - of course reviews like this and the ones below makes this a popular place to stay, I don't think there was one day when this place wasn't fully booked - book early.
