Arabian Nights — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I did not like the ambience at all.The given space for seating was not provided with AC,the wall mounted fan was facing the floor and was placed in a corner,we were sweating like anything.We ordered manchow chicken soup which was bland and the fried noodles that comes along the soup was soggy,Upon calling the server and telling him the problem he just took away the item but not replaced. We ordered BBQ Mandi which was supposed to have long grain flavoured rice,was looking stale,hard and difficult to chew.We left the food just after tasting it.I am very disappointed with the food quality and taste.Ambience is no doubt pathetic. Recently I ordered food from here using zomato app for a Mandi biryani...but there no single piece of chicken of chicken. So I called the restaurant, the way the person talk to me was very bad, he said that he is the owner of the restaurant. After some bad conversation between us. He said that i have to come to the restaurant and collect those chicken from him. How bad it is!!...I sent my relative to go the restaurant and ask about the issue..! Then he told me that he isn't the owner the person who talk to me. So i want to suggest to the management to take an action on him. Otherwise u will loose more customers like me. Yesterday I have visited & found lots of remarks on this restaurant. Previously it was handled by some one but now itis taken over by others. I gave 2star bcoz the quantity, quality, and taste is not as earlier. Previous management was very quick & fast. They offered Egg also in full bird dish. But now no egg will b given, quantity was too low and spreaded over the plate in thin layer. If we ask regarding the quantity they simply answered that the plate is very big so it seems less quantity. Taste is not upto the mark. Earlier, Full bird dish was huge for 4 people but now 2adults and 1kid can easily finish it. Think...
