I recently stepped in to ZERO CAFE and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite placing my order well in advance, I waited for over an hour before my food finally arrived. This isn't the first time I've encountered such long wait times with this restaurant, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating.
The consistent delays in delivery have greatly impacted my overall experience. Waiting for over an hour for food not only left me hungry and irritated but also made me question whether it's worth ordering from this restaurant again in the future. As a paying customer, I expect timely service and it's disheartening to see such a lack of regard for punctuality.
While I understand that delays can happen occasionally, the frequency of these occurrences suggests a deeper issue with the restaurant's operations. It's disappointing to see a lack of improvement despite repeated instances of poor service.
I hope the management of ZERO CAFE takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to address the underlying issues causing these delays. Customers should feel confident that when they place an order, it will be delivered promptly and efficiently. Until then, I'll be exploring other dining options that prioritize customer satisfaction.
Overall, I cannot recommend ZERO CAFE based on my recent experiences with their delivery service. I sincerely hope they take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to avoid similar issues...
Read moreI had a truly disappointing experience at this café in Vizag. Both their online presence and the menu boasted several options featuring avocado, which was the main reason I chose to visit. After traveling specifically to enjoy these dishes, I was told they had avocado, placed my order, and then waited over 15 minutes with no sign of any food. Mind you, we were the only customers in the café that morning. Eventually, they admitted they didn’t have avocado at all.
It was shocking how unaware the staff seemed about their own menu or what was available. The lack of communication and basic organization was glaring. To add to the frustration, they served cutlery to my friend but entirely skipped me, as if they didn’t realize what they had done. The service desperately needs structure and training.
As for the facilities, the toilets were beyond unhygienic—easily the worst I’ve encountered during my month in India. Cigarettes were scattered everywhere, and it looked like someone might have died in there. To make matters worse, there were men sleeping in the corridor leading to the toilet, adding to the unsettling atmosphere.
This café is not just poorly managed but a total letdown. If you value cleanliness, organization, and honesty about the menu, I highly recommend avoiding this place. It’s a recipe for...
Read moreDisappointing Experience with the Sambar Rice
We recently ordered the sambar rice and were quite disappointed with the quality. The dish was made with odd vegetables that are not typically used in traditional sambar rice, which threw off the taste completely. To make matters worse, the rice had no sourness, salt, or spice – it was just plain, bland rice mixed with what felt like a vegetable stock and a bit of dal. It lacked any real flavor or punch.
There were also no accompaniments like chips or a boiled egg, which usually help enhance such a simple dish. It felt incomplete and unsatisfying.
I sincerely request the management to look into this. Considering that a lot of club meetings and gatherings take place here, maintaining food quality is really important. I hope prompt action is taken to improve this...
