Burger King — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday and chose Burger King for the party meals — and I must say, it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful decision!

We ordered a special combination of fries, veg burgers, and soft drinks, and the taste was exceptional. The veg burgers were fresh and full of flavor, with perfectly crisp patties and delicious sauces that everyone enjoyed. The fries were hot, crunchy, and seasoned just right, making them a favorite with both kids and adults.

One of the highlights was the bottle provided with the soft drinks — it was sturdy, stylish, and reusable. The kids loved it so much, they took them home as fun keepsakes from the party!

But what made the experience truly outstanding was the support we received from a staff member named Sai. From helping us with the order to making sure everything was packed and presented perfectly, Sai went above and beyond to assist us. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stood out. He played a big role in making my son’s birthday extra special, and I sincerely hope Burger King recognizes and rewards him for such excellent service.

Dear Burger King, Today we had faced a issue with the branch at asilmetta near RTC complex, around at 5:30 PM evening my family went to buy some burgers to your shop.we are in queue to give our order ,while our turn came the billing person miss lavanya having a name on the badge is very rude and harsh behaviour , She taking the order of the next person after us . When we ask why are u taking the order of the next person of us , she replied very rude and harshly telling that go to next counter or get out of the shop. So kindly check the CCTV Footage. Almost every week we visit your shop and spend some time with the family . So for your information she (miss lavanya)may repeat it. I have visited this place for the first time and I faced the worst experience..Actually i have ordered 4 burgers and 4 french fries however they gave only 4 sause packets when I asked for more the staff responded rudely saying they only provide sauce packets for burgers what we bought and they won't provide any extra ..I have went to many of the other burger King stores before but never I had this kind of experience..Want to raise a complaint however I am unable to find the channel of it...Hence posted this review ....Please behave with the customer properly ..It's not the concern about sauce packets but it is regarding the way of...
