The cake we ordered was completely bitter because of the colouring in the icing. Our hands turned to pink and the stain wasn't going off even after washing nearly 5 times. The person who took the order hadn't even warned us before placing the order. It felt like they used some cheap colour to colour the icing. Can't imagine what would've happened if we ate that.

The next day I called the outlet and raised the issue again. Their customer service is extremely poor. Very rude and arrogant. They are claiming that they are using certified food colours but I think that's not the case. They asked me to order cake from another outlet next time. They are not taking responsibility for their mistake. More than the cake tasting bitter, I'm extremely disappointed with their worst customer service. I've never seen such poor customer service.
