Hey RJY People.

During my visit to RJY i have explored for good restaurants near me unluckily i have choosen this..OK !! Let me give you the real side of situation i have faced in this southern spices OOPS!! Actually they should name it as(SOUTHERN SPECIES) coz they served us a fried rice that to "VEG-FRIED RICE" cooked with COCKROACH in it. and also out side the hotel you can find there buildup board mentioning "FOR HYGIENE FOOD". When we found that cockroach in plate and shocked, we asked for a manager to look into this worst thing your restaurant served us and there comes a lady(telling her self as a manager)after looking into the plate she pleaded us We are very sorry on this situation we will prepare another set and serve you better (BOSS EVEN THEN YOU SHOULD PREPARE FOOD IN SAME KADAI)then we asked first explain about this food with cockroach she keep on repeatly telling it is very rare scenario which was never happened.

Then we thought its a waste of time discussing with her and asked where is your owner..So she went to one old guy and told this situation he simply told to cancel the bill (IS THAT REALLY A GOOD SOLUTION!!) for the food instead of considering serious about the stale food they served then the lady came back to us there the acting performance started(she was telling the owner is not here so we can do only this by cancelling your bill) but actually seems that old guy is a owners friend/partner is the one she spoke with , one of lady waiter serving food also confirmed the same so we came to know the acting is going on.

Then after paying the bill excluding the main course pay while exit i reached out to him(Owner/partner "But i wil call him a 'OlD BUGGER/JERK' who considers only money of his business but not about people) and asked are you the owner then he started acting "WITH SURPRISING FACE LIKE HE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING HE STARTED ASKING WHAT HAPPEND" then i was laughing in myself wow you are acting ka BAAAP:) funny part is he was defending that this never happened..who knows coz we found it unfortunately but customers trusting you by looking at your buildup of ambience and HYGIENE FOOD boards will never search in food trusting them like every thing is good in it.

So all the heated discussions went on and on i asked you are serving a cockroach food to pure vegetarians how this can be acceptable what if some thing happens to us if we eat that stale food..then there is a point he (Owner/partner-OlD BUGGER/JERK') told i will write on white paper that northing will happen to you..then i was like what!! HEYYY if that stale food was consumed by any kids and if something happens what will you do..

So at last i said do one thing write your self details on white paper eat that cockroach food if you feel good and ok give me a call :) then i will accept your white paper proposal and left the hotel..what else we can do if the administration is much concerned about only bussiness.

So people just think twice again while choosing this place for your next visit and dont just spoil your planned time with friends/family and get disappointed.

REALITY IS INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING THERE MISTAKE HE ARGUED WITH US AND NOT ACCEPTING THERE FLAW..BOSS WE CHOOSE YOUR RESTAURANT AND PAYING THE AMOUNT YOU FIXED IS JUST FOR A POINT OF HYGIENE WHERE YOU FAILED TO PROVIDE.

STILL IF YOU TRUST THEM ITS UP TO YOU "BUT FELLAS DONT FORGET TO TAKE WHITE PAPER AND PUT IT ON THAT OlD BUGGER/JERK FACE AND TELL HEY YOU OLD BUGGER WE ARE HERE WITH WHITE PAPER FILL IT AND GIVE US BACK.

THATS IT..ATTACHED THE PICS AS WELL FOR YOUR REFFERENCE :) EVEN SINGLE STAR RATING IS...

Usually we visit any particular restaurant for the quality of food, service and Ambience. Mostly, we love to go to restaurants to have their food with family/friends to enjoy the meal. When I visited this place I had a good impression but I am wrong. These people are more interested in money than serving quality food. Felt this is one of the worst places I visited in the recent times.

Parking: Not very flexible hardly fits 3-4 cars and park on the road.

Ambience: looks ok but very poor lighting. Very spacious.

Let's talk about food and service

Starter:

Service staff suggests to take this special item which is similar to Chilli chicken but not Chilli chicken. 🫥 checked with him if that comes with cornflour coating and said No but it is overloaded with Corn flour coating priced between 200₹-300₹ tasted sweet. Rating: 1/5

Soup: Manchow Soup Chicken: 1.5/5 Nothing great to talk about that.

Here comes the great part of this restaurant

Biryani: We ordered Chicken Tikka biryani and we got Dum pieces in it. We adjusted and started having rice with tikka pieces which are soggy. Looks the Chicken isnt fresh. Thought the Dum pieces would be good but it is not cooked. We can notice that. Please refer to my pics. Immediately we called them and showed it. They aren't very reactive the staff person goes inside and comes after 10 mins with few Chicken pieces cooked in another bowl and Serves it.

Meanwhile another staff person comes and looks at the plates and says we will offer another biryani but we can't refund/ cancel this biryani price from the bill which we never asked. I don't want create a scene for these things and checked out paying the bill.

Suggestion for restaurant: If there is a customer who isn't very happy or had a bad experience like this how do you bring them to you next time is not something you should think. Offer some discount /give some coupon and encourage them to visit again Instead you just want to wash hands-off. Pay the bill and leave.

If you don't maintain quality and taste am sure there is a day for your downfall. You have grown up because of good/ regular customers. Please keep that in mind.

I wish the concern owner/anyone who is visiting this place after reading this review please...

Edit: recent visit-service was very worst... Staff not at all showed any intrest. There is no spoons bowls etc .. served raitas and later requested to take back one raitha and served to another table... Cool drinks are not cold.... Food was not served hot... All these issues are covered if the staff are with good service attitude ... But that's the most pathetic path.... Service is worst.. these people will get comes first place and wins prize if we organize worst service competition. Only the Atmosphere is good.every thing else is worst Wish to order soups ... But asked for noodles soup but said it will take time so asked to don't order soup.. only tomato and veg corn soups are readily available...

What i thought is the owners are not maintaining the restaurent or simply left it on manager and staff. So it's their wish to maintain the restaurent. Soon will close the restaurent if the owners are not personally...

What i thought is the owners are not maintaining the restaurent or simply left it on manager and staff. So it's their wish to maintain the restaurent. Soon will close the restaurent if the owners are not personally take care...
