McDonald's — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

The most manipulative staff I have ever seen in any world class company so far. The worst experience and have no more words to describe the staff. I really wish the manager would read this post as I couldn’t find a way to get bring this issue into light.

I love the waffle and ice cream from McDonald’s. Every time I visit the place any where in the world I have it but each and every time I visit the cmr central branch and try to order it never ever you can have it,be it any time either in the mrng/aftrnun/evng/night. The staff never prepare the waffle and just say simply it’s not there though it takes only 2-3 min to prepare a waffle.(said by one of the staff there when enquired)-I almost tried 20-30times..not even once I got it.but today the situation was very horrible. When ordered the same ..as usual and expected the reply was same and then though of bringing the issue in the notice of higher authority. When asked for the feedback/complaint book ..the staff girl named tnja..gave me A rough dairy which is not the complaint book..when asked to call the manager .the same girl played another trick of showing a sales girl as a manager and blabbered all stupid kind of stuff she could make it into a story. Also when asked about the manager neither the staff didn’t give the number nor they called the person. I think these people want to fool the customers from whom they earn their living. Should be ashamed of what that girl and the staff over there do. I really wish the manager would look into it...

Excellent food, excellent drink, fantastic staff/customer service and an excellent manager running the show. Worth many more visits in the future. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit here.

All went super with your team. I must say you have great people around. They are impeccable at what they do. It is difficult to find such people in this fast world.

Nagmani was so patient with kids until we finished. She has flair to be with kids. She exactly knows what clicks with children. Here I found that Mc is a child-friendly place, including their principles, framework of activities, steps to implementing an entertainment evening seems more interesting for parents like me.

Jyothi was with us to help Nagmani and rest of us is a true service person. She is aware of when we would need support we are being busy with other stuff. She is perfect to have around in a party. She has lot of potential to move forward.

This would be incomplete without talking about Phani. He kept checking with me to see everything in place. His follow ups assured us that we were in right hands. He managed to pop in whenever possible while being busy with other customers. Much appreciated. His last interaction and see off was so warm that I couldn't forget his gentle smile wishing to see us again.

I used to give this place blindly 5/5 but now I am debating whether I should give it the benefit of doubt and score 2/5 or should I just go for it give it a 1/5 That how abysmal this place is now.

In short: Too crowded, The food is cold and feels like cheap/old ingredients were used. Service is horrible. All in all a very bad experience. I will no longer this place anymore chances. I'm done going to this place.

Customer service is hopeless. I felt like a beggar begging for my food which I already paid for (which is very expensive. I should've instead gone to a 3 star restaurant for the amt I spent on this food.)

The machine doesn't work properly. They don't take order from the service counter and tell you to go to the machine. Even if you manage to place your order and pay for it, it doesn't give the bill and there is a whole ton of confusion all around for both the staff and the customers.

The line/waiting time is too long. It looks like the place is understaffed and no proper training is given to anyone to do their day to day job and solve general problems customers may face.

Food is horrible. The Burger bun tastes old and sour. The ingredients taste cheap and old. The whole place looks and feels less clean.

What happened to...
