Am regular customer to MCd trust me you can’t campare Bangalore stores service in Tirupati I observed store lunched in Tirupati due to work from home weekly twice I order online or visit store I visited 2 weeks back entire store employees are changed the standing on self order screen simply manipulating to make different orders self order suppose order by customers not by store employees and he refused to use the screen when I started ordering he was looking outside and making fun with a guy not listening me I told him to times and his attitude was like he owns the franchise, then 2 girls try to Oder in counter this guy shouting the counter guy to send those girls here and making fun with them while ordering when I make add on chicken nuggets he make veg cheese nuggets and arguing with me you said veg and fries 🍟 just warm not even good temperature in hot condition burger also just warm I thought new hires are need to improve will visit after 2-3 weeks, yes visited today my friend already told me not to go I said just try today but very bad experience chicken nuggets was warm fried 20-30 minutes before the same guy in counter I mentioned don’t add ice cubes in drink they added n burger patty is cold and egg was very cold they prepared like 30 minutes or 40 ago when I call the girl served she was looking like why are you calling me I said nuggets are cold usually any chain restaurants will replace the item but this guys are pathetic reheated the item and I was watching the guy who took the item was looking my table with attitude and throw the nuggets on desk from 2-3 feet long she pic the item very careless you can check in CC tv footage I can make issue but as a matured person I don’t do if some college guy see this scenario definitely they will kick him on spot as we know Tirupati youth how aggressive they are no one will accept throwing food that you paid for, mark my words these new guy’s will ruin the business if continues store will lose many customers day by day I don’t wanna busy this store again cuz of new guy’s all are same attitude and funny thing is one of the employee working on the restaurant table with laptop n having a hot drink in cup holder just to show off he was updated inventory and some feedback calling random female employee n discussing issues in front of customers he must be store manager or supervisor I was laughing, in MNC’s new guys will do show off unnecessarily blocking meeting rooms frequently using cabins to show off on floor same thing...

During our visit to this establishment at approximately 10:45 am, our intention was to indulge in items from the breakfast menu. However, we were informed that the kitchen was still in the process of preparing for the day, with the official opening time slated for 11 am. Patiently, we waited until the appointed time and proceeded to place our order, only to be informed that, regrettably, only burgers and fries were available at that moment.

Despite the early opening, a disconcerting sight awaited us as we observed the unclean state of the tables, doors, and glass panels. Flies buzzing around further added to the unsavory atmosphere. Despite reservations about the hygiene, we decided to proceed with our order as it had already been placed. As we were halfway through our meal, our dismay deepened when a sizable rat made an appearance. To our astonishment, one of the employees attempted to catch the rodent but unfortunately missed. Astonishingly, the same employee resumed serving other customers without addressing the alarming situation.

Taking matters into our own hands, we approached the employee and inquired about the rat. To our dismay, he seemed shocked by the revelation. In response to our concern, we promptly called the manager and brought the matter to their attention. Subsequently, the establishment took swift action by closing the doors and successfully capturing the rat.

This entire experience proved to be exceptionally disappointing, particularly given the brand's association with McDonald's. It stands as our most unpleasant encounter with any eatery thus far, as the combination of unpreparedness, unsanitary conditions, and the alarming presence of a rat marred what should have been a routine dining experience. We hope that this incident prompts a thorough review of hygiene practices and overall operational standards at the establishment to prevent such distressing occurrences...
