Pizza Hut | MG Road, Vijaywada — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Premises is too congested and the staff are under trained. No hygiene is being maintained. I ordered one pizza at 8. It was prepared by 8:19 but was delivered to me at 8:32 for god knows what reason and it tasted so bad and rubbery that I will not step into that store ever again in my life time. My mom is an occasional pizza lover and she literally puked after having her first bite and I don’t know how long it will take to repair her taste buds. Veg non-veg everything was getting mixed up. The billing executives were swiping the cards, taking the money and making the pizzas. Ah just imagine the amount of germs in that pizza. Never seen a franchise this bad. DO NOT VISIT.

PS my only reason to goto Pizza Hut was that Dominos was not available. And this visit to Pizza Hut strengthened my love...

Ordered veg exotica medium pizza and it took them 30min to prepare that. Service is too slow. In the hot and humid weather of vijaywada, they have turned ON only one AC. Rest all 3 Ac were off in seating area. I have asked them to make it more cheesy something like cheese burst of Dominoz, i got response, our pizza's already having enough cheese. 🙄. And I got a normal pizza with no extra cheese or anything. Best part was i was able to eat entire slice, not sure may be bcoz it was not too crusty and hard or may be I was too hungry. Food :- In the pizza hut the first time i have tried the pasta which tastes ok .can try once.

Ambiance:- In the unique way of pizza hut ambience. Black and red chairs with biscuit coloured tables. There are almost 15 tables with 50 occupancy.

Staff :- The staff was less but they are serving very fast. Ms sanghvi served well and her hospitality was very good.
