Sri Padmavathi Annapoorna Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

The food offered is pre cooked and is served without heating. There’re is Always concerns amongst what is ordered and what is delivered as I had 3 customers who were unhappy with what was being served. Our full meal was served with roti which was dry, the rice in the meal was half cooked and accompaniments were always placed in smaller cups and the waiter would be mostly unavailable to server sambar or rice. Our experience was to another level where the waiter asked for a tip of 20 rupees upfront before the bill was even payed. Also the waiter did not bothered to return the change. I also want to point out that there is 2 restaurants (the actual restaurant, the other being a sit out) and when I walked into the restaurant from the sit out, the person who was managing services in the sitout said the other restaurant is not open for service and when I wanted to check, people inside did have service so there were conflict amongst people who works and wanted to make more money. We visited this place with family, food was not so great,avg taste. Some people will have sentiment of avoid eating onion and garlic,but here there is no any specific thali dishes.
