This is by far one of the most disgusting places to have tiffin or coffee. The servers seem completely indifferent to customers, as if they are working just for the salary and not to serve people responsibly. The plates and cups are extremely unhygienic — visibly dirty and poorly washed. I ordered vada, and to my shock, nearly 300 ml of oil dripped out after squeezing just two vadas! The coffee was overly sweet and tasted unpleasant. Most of the items were served cold, showing absolutely no effort or care in preparation.Such poor food quality and cleanliness are unacceptable, especially in a holy place like Tirumala. The establishment is a disgrace to the hill’s reputation and should be inspected immediately. I strongly urge the Food Safety Officer to visit and take action to close this unhygienic outlet...

Tables too weren’t cleaned properly. Just because pilgrims flock the town and go away doesn’t mean that an outlet serve a bad quality food...

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, making it clear they don’t care about customer service. To make matters worse, they don’t even accept UPI payments, which is highly inconvenient in today’s digital world.
If you’re looking for a decent place to eat, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this one. Definitely not worth your...
