A Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share it from several perspectives.

Customer Service: We placed our food order at 2:45 PM IST, but it wasn’t served until 3:45 PM IST—a full hour later. When we questioned the delay, the staff member merely smiled, offering no apology or explanation. If the hotel is unable to provide timely service, they should inform guests at the reception that the kitchen is closed.

Staff Behavior: The food portions were insufficient, and we decided to order more. However, we were shocked to hear from the staff that the chef had already left for the day and they couldn't serve any additional food. They placed the bill on our table without further assistance. After much insistence, they eventually provided an alternative dish. Even before we finished our meal, the staff were standing nearby, clearly waiting for us to pay the bill. This behavior showed a complete lack of respect and an alarming disregard for customer satisfaction.

Customer Feedback Handling: As we paid the bill, my brother voiced our dissatisfaction with the service to the receptionist. She just smiled and listened, without responding to our concerns, and only thanked us for visiting as we left. This response made us feel ignored and undervalued.

Conclusion: This experience left us feeling extremely disappointed. It’s baffling how a hotel can operate with such blatant disregard for its guests. We felt disrespected and taken for granted.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values respectful and attentive service.
