Beach View Holiday Home — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

I booked an executive suit sea facing ac through ibibo... these rooms are normally charged at higher rate... but when we reached, manager told us that some guests are yet to check out ( though I reached at the standard check-in time) and to stay for a while in another room and within short time my suit will be allotted. I agreed in the terms that meanwhile we become fresh & complete our lunch, we will be allotted the suit. But after repeated request, I was not allotted the suit I paid for and had to stay in another room. When, even when the evening passed, I asked the manager why he accepted my booking if he can't allot me my room. His reply was most disgusting that he could not do anything if the guests do not leave the room & I was also allotted a sea facing room (?) , as a little portion of the sea can be viewed from my room also, & he also said that here all the rooms are same !!!! ( that is giving extra money for suit is baseless !!!). It should not be expected from a go- stays certified room & ibibo management should take the issue seriously. I mean what for they are taking chrgs in the name of "executive suit" where all the rooms are similar & there are only two sea facing rooms in entire holiday home ??? I felt cheated by the hotel management. The next day I was allotted the room, here a common broad passage is available which u can not use for ur personal purpose and it is the so called 'suit'.... but beach view is excellent from here, but could not enjoy this much because of the side seeing all day long. My entire money wasted and the good reviews I had once about the hotel turned sour. No restaurant is here, but u can have very good dinner at food zone restaurant. Just don't believe ibibo for such bookings. Staffs are good. View is good if u luckily get a sea facing room....

Pls guys don't book rooms here.. worst service .rooms were not clean and had pest like cockroach in room ,big fraudster his name is suresh.before booking hotel I was clearly mentioned that that we r arving late nit 11-30 pm -2 Am on 18/07/25. Day before Booking I was clearly mentioned I will checkout at 19/07/25. In call he said I will charge for extra 4-5 hours ₹500-600 only. in call he said ₹3800/- +500-600 for extra hours only .for 24 hrs for1 standard room +1delux room.but and after check out he was charged for me rs 8600/-for 48hrs i.e for 2days. But I stayed for only 24hrs + 3hrs extra and again asking for tip. such a big fraudster in rk beach.better to search good options than this fraudster hotel beach view holiday home @ Suresh . disrespectful with guest, service is very bad. So pls guys aware of this fraudster. everything that mentioned in pdf is a big lie.when I denied to pay full amount then he threatened us that he will not let us check out hotel..plz people think twice before booking this fraudster SURESH HOTEL .i.e beach view holiday home hotels is big scammer...

Stayed in this property for 3 days. Things which I liked: Clean and nice rooms. Spacious. Big bathroom. Sea view from balcony. Cashless payment available. Caretaker is a bengali guy so easy to communicate. You can bring foods from the outside and have it in the dining table. You can also ask the caretaker to make food available in the menu chart. Wifi available with good connection.

Things I didn't liked: We had kept a bottle of beer and half plate fried rice in the kitchen fridge which was stolen the next day. No house keeping service. You have to get water on you own. There was a filter available in the dining area so one can get water anytime they want The ac which we were provided was not acting like an AC rather a fan.

The rooms costs us 2200 and we visited the place...
