Cafooze restro cafe — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Hi people! I am gonna tell you about the best place to hangout with friends and the best place for coffee lovers that is CAFOOZE. I generally visit this place in VISAKHAPATNAM Near Pandurangapuram with my friends.

The best part is obvious its coffee, I generally drink cappuccino, that taste is so good that I can’t explain in words. By thinking that I got water in my mouth.

The first experience is awesome, on that time I think why should I here for coffee, it obvious taste like other coffee, but when I take first sip its just awesome tasty.

The service is also good and they decorate your coffee cup with smile face, heart shape or many other design on it.

Its the best place to go with your friend, your love ones and you really enjoy by taking sip of coffee.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some Chinese classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Out of sheer bad luck, we landed up on this restaurant today.

I say this because of the following reasons :

1. Ambience - Seating tables too small and no arrangements for family ( members 4)

2. Air Conditioning - Not uniform

3. Staff - Not trained at all in food aesthetics and there's no depth.They work just as waiters. Reasons below

4. Food - We ordered the below items

a) Veg Sizzlers - We ordered sizzlers but what we got was a hurriedly made veg fried rice and a separated serving of sauted carrot and beans. When asked the restaurant said they don't serve American Sizzlers. Poor experience. When we spoke to the staff, he wasn't even aware what sizzlers actually are ! How they are made !

b) Veg Noodles - Decent but no sauces that are typically used in Chinese food, were served.

c) Hot Fudge Choclate - This was a disaster. What we got was hot bournvita.

d) Gobi Manchurian - This was the solace.Decent.

e) Cool Drinks - Just OK.

The best part about the restaurant was water bottles

I suggest if you wish to eat Chinese food then eat at a local street side joint than this restaurant at 1/5th...

HYGIENE ALERT...Don't know why people are rating this 5 star. Just a regular cafe with worst food. Whatever I have asked was not available and I have go with some chicken starter. And here comes the worst starter I have ever tasted in my life. Even road side food will have better hygiene. The salad given with the starter was prepared previous day or before that. Cabbage in that salad has dried up and became black. Spoons and forks given to us were just washed with water, still we could see hardened food sticking to it. And even though we had some courage to try the starter and it was horrible. Chicken was super hard and tastes like some old stock frozen chicken.

Even the cafe was not clean, we went there at around 7PM and we were the only customers at that time. Staff were polite but once we sat there they were watching some reels with huge sound. Tables were not cleaned and they are just watching their mobile instead of cleaning them.
