I have ordered Popcorn which was cold I asked for a fresh one and the manager Jhillam Dutta Threw it in the bin and said wait for 10mins without even taking our bill and when I went to ask for the popcorn she said it’s not 10mins and when I was checking my bill she interrupted me and my friend while we were talking to each other and explained the time like we don’t know how to calculate time and for 20mins she showed unnecessary attitude to us and even said we are liars just for asking for the hot popcorn made unnecessary argument with us and even said not to come back to the store next time we said ok and thanked us for agreeing with her .. and just because we asked for good customer service she said this is how I will serve you and she said she is the manager we can make complaint about her and even sent one staff person with whom we are trying ti explain and he is apologising to us for her behaviour ,,,… it’s not at all good behaviour And when I have talked about this matter with the customer service team of kfc and said I’ll get a call back which I haven’t received yet Worst customer...

As a part of my travel dairy related to new food places hunt for new places in the places I have visited.

As the vegetarian options are less but clearly labelled and separate sections of veg items. As all we know, in India only vegetarian options are available in KFC stores.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. Due to server issues when i visited the swiping machine did not work properly.

The store was located on the MG road near Benz circle.

The store timings were morning from 11:00 am to night at 23:00 PM.

We can order through KFC or other food delivery apps. They accept all...
