Located at Lachit Nagar near Reliance Trends, Burger King is a newly opened burger joint in Guwahati. As it is new place there was too much crowd and one has to rush to get a table as soon as the other person leaves it. Food is overall good and is kind of pocket friendly. One can come and hang out with loved ones. For me I would have loved it more if there was less crowd. One incident happened for which I am giving one less star. What happened is that I somehow missed my order no so after sometime when I went there to check my order first two times they saw my receipt and said to wait but my order was there in the desk. And when after waiting for so long I went there again this time one staff saw it properly and said that your order is ready before itself and it is in the desk. I said that I enquired before twice but they did not mention about it. But didn't respond to what I said. So, my request is that kindly make your staff more responsive. I accept that I should have noticed my order no but sometimes it happens and people should be there to help out the customers. A terrible experience. Hopefully in some days the place becomes a little more efficient and worth visiting. When I entered, finding a seat was no less than a battle which lasted for 20 mins.The process of ordering food wasn't cumbersome. But, since its self-service, when our order number showed on the display as ready and we went to collect, we had to stnad at the counter for almost 15± mins amidst a crowded counter, after which they told us that the food wasn't ready. We went again after 10 mins and the food that we recieved was Cold 2. Not Tasty 3. The patty was not juicy, tasty, hot. It was cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all. Seemed like they put a cheese slice right out of packet. 5. The burger that we ordered was supposed to have a crunchy factor to it. We couldn't find that crunchy factor. We wanted to order a particular drink, which they told us was unavailable, but someone who ordered after us got it. Makes no sense.
