Domino's Pizza | Beltola Tiniali, Guwahati — Restaurant in Assam

There's nothing new to write about the food. Pizzas were awesome. However, it seems Domino's is on a cost cutting mission. I don't know about the other outlets, but this outlet needs some urgent and serious attention from the area managers or the concerned authority. The washroom is dirty. No handwash in the toilet. There's no separate handwashing area. One has to enter the toilet to wash hands also. If it is already occupied by someone, then there will be a long que even to wash hands. Ambience is not at all appealing. Displays weren't working. The executive was shouting the names of the customers to let them know their order was ready. There was no tocken management system at place. And last but not the least, regarding tissue paper, they will give you tissue paper as if they are the only one who cares about the planet. Just one tissue...

Worst atmosphere.. dirty tables..dirty floor... Not at all clean space for sitting area... Used tissue papers lying on the floor.. garbage kept in open... and staff inspite of seeing, not interested in coming and cleaning the floor or tables unless any customer says. Staff inside when free singing songs in loud voice.. don't even care if any customer sitting inside there outlet and can get irritate .Domino's is really not like before that you can come and dine in. Consider only for online delivery untill unless you really comfortable in such dirty environment. Requesting owner to gave check on the hygiene.. cleanliness of outlet and service by staffs.. I know online delivery is on priority for you guys but dine in service can't be...
