Domino's Pizza | Dibrugarh — Restaurant in Assam

I am foodie and also Domino lover from last 12 years. It was my first experience at Dibrugarh Domino Outlet, Near Soham Mall...I would not hesitate to say it was my Worst Experience ever at Domino.

Here are few observation faced at the outlet-

Customer was standing infornt of counter no one was there to attend.

Online Transaction POS was not working properly

Non of the staff member was bothering to pick the previous customer leftover food...Table was in dirty condition

I was with family and I ordered Cold drink along with Pizza...It was surprising for me that they simply deny that they don't have disposable glasses to share drinks within us...Also not at all thinking for any alternative to meet customer need.

The worst thing was that in city Dibrugarh this Domino outlet is at First Floor and It was completely unbelievable that "STREET BEGGERS WERE CLIMB UP TO FIRST FLOOR AND ASKING FOR PIZZA FROM CUSTOMER AFTER ENTERING INSIDE THE DOMINO OUTLET" ...after seeing this also None of the staff responded on it... Finally I had to approach at counter to let the staff aware about those boys.

So in final words the staff and services made me feel that Customer keep least importance for them and also they are just doing like duty type service without any customer satisfaction.

I think the people incharge of the outlet in Dibrugarh try to exploit the fact that they are the only decent pizza outlet in the city. Hence, people of the city are bound to choose them no matter how poor the services of the outlet are. The last time I visited the outlet (march 2021) the wash basin was filled to the brim with dirty water, one look at it and you will want to vomit out. There was no other provision to wash one's hands or to sanitize one's hands if one isn't carrying a personal sanitizer. Next, customers were charged for extra sauce, 20 rupees for a tiny packet. In all other Domino's outlets of other cities I have visited so far, be it metros or Guwahati or the Silchar outlet, customers are never charged for extra sauce. Also,medium sized pizza hardly remains available in the outlet. Hence, customers are forced to order two regular pizzas or a large pizza both of which costs more than a medium sized variant. I love eating pizza a lot and always preferred Domino's outlets for their tastes and pocket friendly prices compared to their competitors. It really hurts when the only decent hope of the pizza lovers of the town has such a stone cold attitude towards the need of...

Nice ambience & service, inside is a huge hall with maximum seatings, the seatings are 5/5.

The staff at the order counter was a little bit slow & was messing up with the order, maybe she's new, she needs to hurry up, 4/5.

For the food service we were being served fast & with a no-contact pick up feature, 5/5.

For the food taste, quality & quantity, we ordered :- Chicken Cheese Burst Pizza (medium) Chicken Nuggets Taco Mexicana (non-veg) Cheese Chicken Onion Pizza (medium) Where the Pizzas were 5/5, for the Chicken Nuggets we were provided 6 tiny pieces for the quantity, but the taste & the quality was good 4/5, for the Taco Mexicana, the crust was burnt badly & we didn't find any tasteful non-vegetarian stuffing & it tasted like a thin sheet of soya 2/5. So overall the food was 4/5.

For the price we were being charged with a 1000+ bill for the above mentioned food items which in my view wasn't a price much favourable matching to the quality & quantity of the food,...
