Domino's Pizza | Rehabari, Guwhati — Restaurant in Assam

Dominos are everywhere! I love the taste of their chicken wings. They are pretty delicious. Do not forget to try those if you happen to visit this place. Despite its noisy location, the food here is delicious. However, my experience here is not up to the mark. Firstly, it's crazy to witness the other female staff arguing with the male staff (who seems to be the head of the same group of workers). Keeping their argument aside, I am overwhelmed to see how the male staff handled the situation, with complete patience (although he struck the table out loud once). It's normal to argue with a coworker, right?! We all do once in a while but choose the location wisely. To be honest, I'm completely unsure of what was going on since I do not speak Assamese. Secondly, y'all know that the temperature in this region is hot. I was expecting the AC to be turned on while customers are served but that didn't happen here (could be a technical problem but I didn't insist). I hope they value their customer more. Went there today, the experience was not at all good, Especially the behaviour of the girl at the reception, at first the receptionist said me to sit and wait for my order but she didn't said me to pay and she didn't ask any other information. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went at the counter to enquire about my order but she refused saying that the order was not placed only, Even I also know that the order was not placed, then why she said me to sit and wait for my order at the very 1st moment. And also didn't provide any sauce with the order, but at different Domino's outlet they provide sauce, didn't know if they did this to increase the income by indirectly saying individuals to buy the sauce. Anyways I can only say that I didn't have a good experience, for someone it msy be a good experience but for my situation it is not the same. 1st visit 1st order, I had to wait 40 mins inspite of being the 1st person in the queue and get the order in 1.5 hours approximately. They don't give bill during order now.

2nd online order, ordered something except pizza all things came different from the order. And no one addressed my complaint with regards. Just a call by manager and that's it.

2nd visit 3rd order, a filthy restaurant joint which got cleaned only after I had called for the manager.

There is no washroom , sanitiser , wash basin nor drinking water inside for a consumers reach. Basic nessesity for a restaurant.

All in all, although the pizza is served hot, but poor hygiene and lack of manners within the restaurant makes it a place to avoid it at all costs.
