We stayed in this hotel for 1 night twice while going and returning from our Arunachal trip.||Both times we had some not so good experiences.||The rooms are well furnished. There is electric kettle and tea bags in the room.||Breakfast was included in our booking. We requested them at night to give us poori bhaji since we had to take a long road journey next say. They said breakfast will be available by 8.30 AM in the morning. So we asked our driver to come by 9. When we asked for breakfast at 8.30 they said it is being prepared. Then at 9 they said that they can give bread butter. They wasted our time. How much time you need to prepare bread and butter. If they were unable to provide proper breakfast they should have informed us in advance so that we could have started early on our journey and had breakfast on the way.||||It was very irresponsible behaviour on hotel's part. We left without having breakfast.||||Then when we had to catch our return flight from Guwahati, we stayed in this hotel again.||This time after checking - in when we went to our room and unlocked the room, we found a suitcase opened up, a laptop and mobile charger. Somebody was already staying in that room. We were simply shocked at the lack of their security. What if this happened to us? Anybody could have taken anything from our belongings and who would have been responsible? It was really scary for us.||||After this they gave us another bigger room. Cons : 1) Service is very poor. The bed sheets, pillow covers and blanket covers are very dirty and torned. When asking the staffs to change the covers, they denied to change and told to use the dirty ones. 2) If you order tea, it takes at least one hour to come after calling and reminding them for 2-3 times. 3) Don't give the keys for room cleaning. Only do this when you are at room. Because our things and money was missing from the bags. So from our learning , want to warn you. 4) Overall this stay is overpriced according to their rooms...
Read moreOne of the worst Hotels, i have ever experienced in my life. We had a booking for 3 rooms done 45 days in advance with full money paid. They denied check in, when we reached there & said we dont entertain late check in. My family was standing on the road with Luggage. The OYO customer support guy was also very rude when i called up ther customer care. He didint provide an alternate accommodation. Finally i had to travel 20 kms outside city to get the rooms for my family. Do not book your rooms at this Hotel if you waqnt to enjoy...
