Very poor service,Today me and my friend went for a dine in pizza ,we ordered from a pizza mania -onion veg 2 piece which costs 79 rupees each ,which a subtotal is 158 and Pepsi 2 which costs 65 each -subtotal 130 and suppose gst+cgst costs 25,20 rupees ...and they jst gave us a bill of 396 ..but in real the total costs should be 288...they just tried to take 90,100 rupees extra from us ..and when we asked why it is so they said ..the employee is new and he just added something wrong ..and the pizza u will get is fresh somthing like that ..why ??will pay the extra if the employee didn't knew how to operate the computer..for his mistake..should we pay the extra ?? Is this how they give the service to the customer by charging extra without anything for jst their employe doesn't know how to operate?? Read moreThe delivery person (name-Bolin Ramchiari) called me to take my order (order ID 248) as he reached my location. As I reach my gate, there was no one! I called him again and there was a chaotic miscommunication for which he went in other byelane due to malfunctioning of his device. He somehow reached my location and started to argue that my location was wrong! Upon confronting him of how a customer is responsible for location glitch from the delivery person end! Then I refuse to take the order as I felt disrespected and expected an apology from his end. But on the other hand he rudely said me not to accept the order. I caught him to make him speak to his manager but alas he was clueless about the situation. I was expecting a simple apology for his negative approach to a customer who was not at fault. Then I lastly replied that I will register a case against him for mental agony and misbehaviour but the delivery person was so arrogant that he asked me to proceed with a legal case as if he cares! Read moreI visited this place to try out the Volcano pizza but it turned out to be a Gross Experience! The store was dirty, with a full trash can and dirty tables. I had to ask them to clean the tables. Also, some staff members weren't following proper hygiene in the kitchen area. The ceiling and tables were dirty. I hope the management fixes these issues, as it affects the franchise's reputation. Better cleanliness and hygiene would make the experience better.
In simple words: A Gross Experience!
The central team of Dominos should look into it as it is ruining the franchise's reputation.
As I can see the replies on the reviews, please don't share an automated response asking me to mail my concern to blah blah email id. I am not asking for a favor, for which I will take the extra step of sharing the review on email. I have shared my honest feedback here. If you guys think you should act and make it better, please do.
