I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Domino's Pizza. I ordered a pizza expecting the usual prompt delivery, but it took over an hour to arrive, which was way past the estimated delivery time.

To make matters worse, when I opened the box, I was horrified to find a small piece of plastic embedded in the pizza. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality control and hygiene standards at Domino's.

I expect a higher level of service and quality from a reputable brand like Domino's. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

I hope Domino's takes immediate action to address these issues and ensures that customers receive their orders on time and without any...

Pathetic! Order number was 6, placed in the morning at around 11 AM 20/05/2023. Our person went to collect it at around 6PM. The receiption desk lady told that the order is already out, she did not even want to listen. On repeated request only she told that the order is ready. Our person paid full amount, took the order and came home(he was told to do so and so he did). On checking it was found that only 4 pizzas out of 6 has been delivered. My home is aome 25 kms away from this store. On calling the store, the respective lady told that it was there mistake and it often happens whenever the order numbers are high! My suggestion is If you cannot run the business well, why dont you simply shutter down...
