Fusion Asiana Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Assam

Been there on 15th of november, extremely unprofessional behaviour by the staff there... 1st our order was taken and said it will took 15 mins but after 30 mins when i asked where is my order they forgot who took my order.. a little bit of chaos and lately my order arrived, a plate of fried momos and a plate of drums of heaven, I asked for a little mayonnaise but the server said that its not included in it, they charge extra for it... to which he did not care to ask me if i am willing to pay for that extra mayonnaise or not.. may be he presumed that I may not afford it... so i called out for the manager and asked him if they really charge for the mayonnaise or not.. to which he responded that yes they charge 30 rupees for 1 dip of mayonnaise that surprised me but I digested it because I can afford it easily but the server didn't care to ask me that if he should bring the mayonnaise or not in the first place... later the manager asked me politely that if i need the dip of mayo.. I directly replied NO, here the thing ended for me I didn't wanted to stretch it but within a minute he brought a dip of mayo and placed it on the table and i asked him to take it away as I dont want it now but he replied that I dont need to pay extra for it... but the matter is not of money, it was of behavior and respect. NEVER EVER GOING TO STEP...

Even tough the place was revamped and seemed quite chic & cozy, still flavour & taste seemed wanting in the food. Smoky tandoori wrap was totally devoid of any bit of either smoky or tandoori flavour/essence. Burgers & wraps were absolutely absent of any lettuce & there were little to no raw veggies (cucumbers, onions etc.) Schezwan dish was fiery hot to the extent that it its level of hotness seemed rather unhealthy & couldn't be consumed any further after just a single bite. It was quite a warm afternoon & the ambience felt stuffy & suffocating due to all ACs being turned off & any alternate source of ventilation being absent. For a moment, I saw a waiter literally hold the main door open for a minute to let in fresh air alongwith all the "dust & dirt" from the road beside blowing in as well. I fail to understand how can the staff be so oblivient to such issues while they too keep moving around that same room packed with customers & food. Training the staff to switch on a couple of ACs & set those on the "dehumidify" mode with a temp setting of 24°C doesn't require isn't any...

This place offers you wide range of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes to satisfy your cravings. I specially go to this restaurant whenever I want to have a good cup of coffee at the end the day. The atmosphere and the ambiance of the staff is quite good.

The menu offers you variety of options to select any brunch lunch and dinner items, whichever we need. The brunch menu items are diverse and the restaurant is especially equipped with these kind of dishes very well, such veg and non veg burgers, hot and cold coffee, veg and non veg chicken pops, nuggets etc.

Most of the time I ordered chicken pops, as they are really mouth watering along with a cup of coffee. The price of all the dishes are reasonable in comparison to the other restaurants in the neighbouring area. This place offers you wide range of Indian, American and Chinese food according to your choices. However, on cons side Chinese taste influence on most of the menu items is significantly higher.

At last a good place to hang out with your friends and family in this beautiful restaurant to have a bite...
