Food Villa, Jorhat — Restaurant in Assam

The worst Restaurant in Jorhat is Food Villa Gar ali one.My experience with this restaurant is bitter because of one incident that took place this evening. When i entered with my family (we were 3) , i saw it was almost full and a few tables like 4 to 5 s are not occupied.I went to a table where it had sofa and 3 single chairs.I prefer table with sofa coz i could place my son in between my wife and myself.To my surprise the waiter stopped me to sit and asked how many members are there with me.I said 3.he refused to allow me to sit there and asked me to opt chairs .I said about my preference of sofa but he further argued that its dinner time and i have to sit according to him. I did not continue the conversation and left .Then i visited Prism and had a nice dinner over there . Prism is way better in terms of taste , choice of recipe s,the courtegious staff amd nice ambiences. My point is clear to voot villa.opps..sry FOOD VILLA Gar Ali ,a customer does not visit your place only for having food.He visit s for spending a good time with family over food. You are not the only restaurant in Jorhat ,there are many.A customer has a several choices .You may find "এটা গ্ৰাহক হে বেয়া পাইছে, কি দাল কৰিব" but remember it matters .hope you would groom your manpower or if its your culture then you will bring changes to your customer. As it was my birthday I order a few things today.

1. I order sweet lime soda. It was supposed to be sweet but it was too sour but as I was thirsty and it was hot it was ok.
2. I order chicken kadai, it was spicy and it was good.
3. I order Shahi paneer. I think the chef forgot the recipe as Shahi paneer is little spicy and it contain tomato, cashew nut paste and cream to make it sweet. The whole dish is a mess. It was complete white with no Tomato. It taste bland.
4. I order stuffed butter Naan. The first naan was ok the rest two was cooked but not completely cooked as it was little raw and I can taste the dough.
5. Sizzling brownie with icecream was the show's topper. It was very delicious. Service was good so tip more than usual but food is not good as compared to the price. I payed more than 1700 but i was not satisfied. So if I ever go to that restaurant i will order things that is spicy and mostly simple things as the chef might confused with complicated dish and ruined...

Worst experience. The food was not at all good, the chicken was not cooked well. And the staffs behavior was rude and they were not willing to help or listen. I want to share my experience. There was a couple celebrating birtbday. They asked for a lighter or a match box the staff started behaving so rudely he started saying "Sir you cant lit candle here its not allowed this and that" it was not a 6 inch candle it was a small tiny candle it would have done no harm to the infrastructure but they didnt even allow them to blow the candle. I felt bad. It might not be a big deal for anyone but i could feel that couple's sadness. The staff ruined the whole moment and their celebration. This is ridiculous FoodVilla.
