Had ordered Tandoori Chicken, Rogan Josh, and Butter Naan for dinner.

Tandoori Chicken came as a sizzler, with the sizzling sound of oil being prominent till it cooled down. Wonder if this is the way they are serving Tandoori Chicken to its customer base. If yes, then they should definitely learn how to offer Tandoori Chicken in the way it should have been offered. The smell of charcoal and tandoor was completely missing.

To complement Tandoori Chicken, green chutney is a must. To our tough luck, didn’t get that as well. On asking it was informed that green chutney couldn’t be provided.

While for main course, Rogan Josh and Butter Naan was offered. The serving staff didn’t had the decency to come and check if the starters (Tandoori Chicken) was over to start off with the Main Course. Instead they repeatedly came to ask if they can start serving the main course. A bit of patience was expected to let the guest finish off their starters peacefully and then carry on with the main course. Had to literally tell them to wait for 15-20 mins.

While the Rogan Josh was not Rogan Josh at all. Barring the mutton pieces, didn’t find the Rogan Josh having a Kashmiri touch at all. Sorry to say that, but this is not the way Rogan Josh is prepared.

Complications with the PoS machine as well. The staff member was found incompetent dealing with the PoS machine.

Overall, a huge improvement is expected from the entire team. Expectations fall down if such inconveniences...

The place provides a sky line view of Jorhat with its glass walls and standard decor. The service was commendable and the waiter went an extra mile to make our experience pleasant. We tried mostly North Indian cuisine and I must say that it left our family very satisfied. The food was a perfect blend of flavours and spices. We tried the manchow soup which was thick and delicious. The drums of heaven were a bit spicy but they tone down the spices if requested. We also tried the garlic naan, chicken lababdar and veg jalfrezi. Each of these items felt very original, were creamy, thick textured and abundant in quantity. I ordered the food from here and received stale and burnt food.The food gravy was stale,naan was all burnt. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, there was no effort made to rectify the situation or make it right rather since we ordered the food through swiggy the restaurant staff asked us to come over to the restaurant to handover the stale food and they will check it first whether it's burnt or not (though I shared the pics with the staff), seriously what an audacity. Overall, my experience was extremely unpleasant and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere for a better dining experience.
