Me and my friend are a regular at this outlet. We love their rolls and momos. But an unfortunate incident made me kinda sad that I’m having to write this review. My friend made a gpay transaction for a roll twice (coz the first time it didn’t go through). But then the same amount got deducted twice, meaning both transactions were successful. We showed our debits to the manager Mr. Jitamrit who said he needed to confirm from his end. We agreed. It was pretty late in the evening (almost 9pm). We waited for a good 15-20 mins and requested him the refund again. To that, he said that he hadn’t received confirmation yet and gave his card to us to call back and claim the refund. Needless to say, I’ve called 3-4 times to no avail. The sad part is that as a regular customer u expect the outlets to believe u especially when clearly there were 2 gpay deductions and we showed them almost immediately after payment. Anyway, food wise, it’s a great joint. No complaints there.
