REVIEW 2: Updating my previous review. I promptly received a call from the manager of the cafe and he invited me for a renewed experience. Genuinely, surprised at the way things are being handled. They are taking care of every minute detail that i have mentioned here - specially the drinks. The rose mule which was served me earlier was watery and flavorless, however the one that was served on my latest visit had the perfect balance of the rose and the vodka. Infact, the floral undertones of the wine was prominently there. Hence, GREAT COCKTAIL. I tried a espresso martini - it was to my liking, i like mine a little bitter so it was perfect.
the food was amazing as usual. The seasoning on the chili fries were mouth watering. The chicken burger patty was juicy and flavorful. The onion rings were crispy and the nachos (which are still my favorite) is the BEST of da lot!!!!!! SERVICE - very very prompt and friendly service.
REVIEW 1: The place looks great. Service isnt bad either. But the food takes forever to arrive. They served 2 people first and then it took them 15-20minutes to serve the other two people. I have a problem with the drinks. Ordered the mule mug and i asked them to serve it without ice. Firstly, the server didnt note the without ice and brought my drink topped with ice. And then i asked them to bring the drink without ice so all they did was remove the ice from my mule mug and served me the drink. Basically, it was just half of what they served me earlier and very watery. Food is good - onion rings were crunchy, nachos were amazingly delicious though i felt the toppings were a little less, spring rolls were crispy but the sauce needs to be on the side inside of being splattered all across the serving plate, the chili fries were a little soggy but good on the flavor, fajitas were flavorful (chicken and shrimp combo), the pork ribs were tender however the refried beans that came with the ribs were horribly disappointing (garam masala being added to it), mac n cheese...
