KFC — Restaurant in Assam

The KFC outlet on VIP Road near Guwahati Airport offers a convenient dining option for travellers and locals alike. Open daily until 11 PM, it provides dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services. I recently visited the KFC outlet on VIP Road near Guwahati Airport, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The location is ideal for travellers, and the outlet has a clean, modern look with enough space for small groups. I went during the evening and ordered a Indian Tandoori Zinger Burger, a Veg Burger, a Chicken rice bowl, Chicken Popcorn, 4-piece Hot & Crispy Chicken, Peri Peri Chicken Strips, a Krusher, and a Chocolate Lava Cake. The food was delicious and lived up to KFC’s reputation. The Zinger Burger had the perfect crunch, the Hot & Crispy Chicken was juicy with just the right amount of spice, and the Peri Peri Strips added a nice kick. The Chicken Popcorn was a crowd-pleaser, great for sharing. The Krusher was refreshing, and the Chocolate Lava Cake was a perfect end to the meal—rich and gooey. Finally we have a KFC around. It is in VIP near Guwahati Airport. Quality and service is very good. Very quick service. Place is relatively small in comparison to other KFC's.

Update:Quality has terribly degraded. I have very bad experience in my last three visits within 45 days. First day, after the payment they said their AC is not working so i need to take away, they charged for carry bag without my knowledge. 2nd day: they said they will take some time (around 20 minutes) to make the chicken ready, at around 8pm. However, they took almost an hour as we were standing there. Whenever we enquired they ignoringly said ih has been prepared, wait, we are packing it. Just to pack, they took more than 20 minutes as they were ignoring. 3rd day: at around 8.30 pm they said they do not have biryani, they do not have popcorn, for chicken bucket we need to wait.

If this is how they run a KFC then ofcourse someday it is going stop us visiting the KFC

Unacceptable Experience at KFC!

I recently visited KFC VIP airport road , Guwahati , and it was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. First, I noticed a dead mosquito on my table, which is an absolute hygiene nightmare. It’s appalling that a food establishment charging such premium prices has such poor maintenance standards.

To make matters worse, my food was frozen—yes, frozen! Not fresh, not warm, but completely unappetizing. The combination of poor sanitation, terrible food quality, and high prices is absolutely disgraceful.

KFC, you need to seriously step up your game. Clean your premises, ensure food safety, and deliver what customers are paying for. If these issues persist, I wouldn’t be surprised if people start avoiding this place entirely.
