Loyans — Restaurant in Assam

I have been to every outlets of Loyans within guwahati but this is the first time I along with my wife and sister have visited the Airport outlet. Ordered Brownie and 2 coffee but to our surprise we found a strange smell from the brownie. But upon informing the concern to the employees they didn't bother to even reply for the first 2 times and the third time they just said there can't be any smell and that's it. I have memories of going to Loyans Uzanbazar cause I loved every small food item they bake but I don't know why the Vip Airport outlet doesn't really provide similar options especially for cakes, they taste sour & don't really taste good even after a specific order. Just now I got 2 chicken quicche and the time is 11am. After I paid, I got a pungent smell from the packet. I asked them if it was fresh, and they said it's not today's but yesterday evening only.
